About The Position

Boiler Tube Company of America is looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and testing of boiler components to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Entry-level engineering experience or internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects by creating and reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the analysis of component performance and reliability through calculations and testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to address any engineering-related issues.
• Help maintain documentation and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in process improvements for product design and engineering workflows.
