Program Overview The JGM Engineering Graduate Rotational Program is a comprehensive 18-month initiative designed to provide recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience and a strong foundation to launch their careers within the structural steel industry. Fabrication Track For those hired into the Associate Fabrication Engineer – Early Career Rotational Program, participants will rotate through three key functional areas within JGM’s fabrication operations: Shop Floor Operations, Production Control, and Estimating/Purchasing. This track is designed to build a deep understanding of fabrication processes, operational flow, and the commercial components of the business. Through structured rotations and hands-on learning under the guidance of experienced industry professionals, participants will be prepared for future leadership roles on the fabrication side of the business. Construction Track For those hired into the Associate Project Engineer – Early Career Rotational Program, participants will rotate through three core areas within JGM’s construction operations: Estimating, Project Management, and Construction. This track focuses on developing practical field and project-based experience while exposing participants to the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects. The program is structured to prepare participants for long-term growth and leadership roles on the construction side of the business. Rotations will occur across the departments outlined below and are not necessarily completed in the order listed.
