As a Manager of Engagement, Culture and Belonging, you’ll work closely with the Director to design and implement strategies that cultivate a workplace culture where all associates feel connected and valued. In this role you’ll create programs to strengthen employee engagement, foster belonging, and support the company’s mission and values. You will help support and scale Associate Resource Groups, Heritage Events for Family Dollar, and support company initiatives to increase engagement throughout our Store Support Center, Stores, and Distribution Centers. Your day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture. Overseeing and coordinating cultural initiatives, programs, and events. Creating and maintaining an open line of communication to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees. Working with management and HR to integrate cultural values into all areas of the organization. Monitoring and addressing any issues or trends that could impact the company culture Managing feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and culture fit Facilitating training and development workshops to educate employees about the company culture and values Ensuring that company culture is represented in external communications, such as marketing materials and recruitment efforts Regularly reporting to executive management on the state of the company culture and proposing improvements Other duties as assigned
