About The Position

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and service-driven Associate End User Computing Analyst to support and enhance our global desktop, laptop, and mobile device environments. In this role, you’ll provide expert second and third-tier technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless device performance across the organization. You’ll collaborate with vendors, configure and upgrade systems, and create clear documentation and knowledge base articles. Your ability to analyze user needs, develop solutions, and deliver training will be key to empowering our teams and maintaining a secure, efficient computing experience worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in an End User Computing environment, including technical guidance and training.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong team player with experience supporting users at all organizational levels.
  • Solid project management capabilities.
  • Self-directed with initiative; available for 24x7 support as needed.
  • Knowledge of fundamental business concepts.
  • Desktop hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices.
  • Microsoft Active Directory, networking, PC imaging, software packaging and deployment.
  • Ability to lift and handle desktop equipment such as PCs, monitors, and printers.
