About The Position

Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Labor and Employment group in their Philadelphia Office. This role involves handling a wide range of labor and employment matters, as well as general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Weber Gallagher is a growing firm with over 140 legal professionals across 13 locations. Requirements

Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Have a minimum of two years of experience
Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials
Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars
