About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate Electronics Test Technician (Level 2) to join our team in Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. Position Responsibilities: Apply electrical test techniques and equipment to the production and qualification testing of electrical and electronics products under general supervision with developed test processes and procedures. Generate test documentation declaring the acceptance or rejection of product based on defined acceptance criteria. Generate non-conformance documentation for any performance criteria that do not meet requirements or expected performance. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or years related work experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience in Electronics testing
  • Must be willing and able to work variable shift
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Electronics testing experience in defense or aerospace industries
  • Non-conformance processing experience in TIPQA or Costpoint
  • Radio frequency (RF) testing experience including antennas, amplifiers and receivers
  • DIT-MCO wire harness testing experience
