Associate Education and Training Specialist
About The Position
Under the direction of the Manager of Professional Practice, the Student and Intern Program Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative coordination for all student activity in the Montana Service Area. The Student and Intern Program Coordinator role functions as an integral member of The Learning Center to accomplish goals of the department and hospital's student and intern programs. Requirements
- Previous experience including event coordination, facilitating campus tours, program evaluation, building strategic relationships with internal and external customers, working within a budget.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience in health care organization
- Assisting with the implementation of training programs
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree Or Associate's Degree in equivalent educ/experience
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Prior responsibilities associated with training in a clinical environment
