Payers, Employers and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) are critical customers for US Vaccines, a priority growth driver for our company. As a member of the US Vaccines Organized Customer Access & Reimbursement (OCAR) team, the Associate Director, U.S. Vaccines Payer Marketing will have a deep understanding of the IDN customer segment and will develop strategies that maximize appropriate patient access and pull through of vaccines in the IDN setting. This role works cross-functionally within and across the broader US Commercial organization. The cross functional work will include, but not limited to, working across Brand Marketing, Digital Engagement Teams, US Vaccines Leadership, the Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence, Integrated Account Management, Vaccine Key Customer Leads, and other key customer facing account managers and directors. The position is based out of Upper Gwynedd, PA, reporting directly to the Director of Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement, U.S. Vaccines. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Develop a deep understanding of key organized customers in the Integrated Delivery Network landscape and providing actionable insights on key trends impacting customer decisions and workflow Lead the development and execution of the IDN customer segment strategy and tactics for assigned vaccine brands Serve as organized customer subject matter expert to provide insights to leadership and marketing teams that help inform business planning and strategies in support of vaccine access and pull through in the IDN setting Develop relevant organized customer segment strategies and promotional campaigns across multiple vaccine brands Work closely with Senior Specialists, Marketing Associates to develop and deploy resources that promote appropriate pull-through activities Collaborate with Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence, Medical Affairs and brand colleagues in the development of models and tools in support of communicating economic impact Collaborate with Promotional Review Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all activities meet our Company's business objectives and compliance standards Work closely with US Brand Marketing and customer facing Account Executives to support overall objective of achieving vaccine access in the IDN setting for appropriate patient populations and meeting growth targets for respective brands
