About The Position

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Support Specialist in Morrisville, NC. Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Specialist to: Ensure quality service for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving technical issues, and recommending system improvements; Conduct technical trainings sessions to the team members to enhance the quality of IAM services from operations perspective. As an ACL (Application Cluster Lead), perform external SSO service review on a weekly basis for gap analysis, risk mitigation, and overall service run; Be involved in application security layer planning and recommend the suitable authentication and authorization solutions. Plan, manage, and organize the projects by allocating the resources for all solutions under CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) from operations perspective; Lead/coordinate all incidents in IAM area in the US region. Manage projects and deliverables in IDM in the US region; Plan, manage, and organize the services availability related to Identity Management for activities like Infra-Weekends (Third-party software updates, and patching), BCM (Business Continuity Management) and DC Isolations. Be the single point of contact across the globe for risk authentication services with respect to administration and configuration of setting rules, configuring rules engine, device identification, troubleshooting, etc. Support identity and access related queries with respect to users, applications, software components. This includes restarting and validating data syncs, application instances, manually creating access to users in the event of automation failure, and so on; Manage and perform Software upgrades in lower and production environments for Authentication and Crypto products (Arcot Webfort, CA SSO, Risk Authentication); Hybrid (In-office/Remote).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Programmer Analyst, Computer Application Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Programmer, or a related occupation.
  • Authentication and Authorization including CyberArk, CA Siteminder, CA Layer 7, CA API Gateway, Strong Authentication, PKI Infra/2FA Credentials using BYOD, SailPoint, API/Webservices, Transmit Security, HashiCorp, Microsoft Azure AZ 500, and Gemalto Confirm Authentication Server (CAS)
  • Directory Services and Databases: LDAP, Active Directory, and RDBMS/MS/PostGre SQL
  • Application Server: Web Logic, Web Sphere 4x, 5x, and Tomcat
  • Web Servers: IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and Websphere
  • Scripting: HTML, Java, Unix Shell, and Perl
  • Operating Systems: RedHat Linux, VMWare, UNIX, Solaris, Windows
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and configurations including load balancers, GTM, LTM, and Firewalls
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITIL.

Responsibilities
