Our new Women and Infant Services Unit is an all in one department. We operate as a Level II facility with 4 LDR rooms, 12 postpartum rooms, 4 triage, 4 Level II NICU beds, and 2 OR suites. We average 60-80 deliveries per month. As an RN Associate Director on this team, you will play a key role in leading our facility from a leadership and clinical perspective. The hours for the position are generally 4 10's (40 hrs Monday-Friday), but times vary/flex based on the educational needs of the unit and on-boarding check ins with night shift staff.
