About The Position

The Associate Director of Programmatic oversees the execution of programmatic strategies and ensures excellence in campaign performance, client satisfaction, and internal process optimization. This role leads a team of specialists, drives innovation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class programmatic solutions.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of programmatic media experience, with leadership responsibility.
  • Strong background in media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple DSPs.
  • Proven client-facing experience with strong communication skills.
  • Data-driven with experience in media analytics, reporting, and optimization strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to present ideas, strategies, and performance results to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Experience working with clients to develop consistent messaging and tone that aligns with their brand identity.
  • Google Analytics knowledge and certification
  • Conversion rate optimization experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Programmatic Specialists and Senior Specialists.
  • Develop and implement media strategies that align with client goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign delivery, ensuring on-time launches and optimized performance.
  • Partner closely with account leadership and clients to drive strategic conversations.
  • Spearhead testing initiatives (e.g., new platforms, creative formats, data partnerships).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Represent programmatic expertise in new business pitches and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with Director in hiring, training, and professional development of the programmatic team.
