About The Position

What You'll Do Define the Vision: You will collaborate with senior leadership to set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead with Insight: You will identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product decisions. Drive Collaboration: You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Own the Lifecycle: You will oversee products from ideation through launch and continuous optimization. Measure Success: You will define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and user engagement. What You Bring A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in product management. A proven track record in digital media, advertising technology, or related industries. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. Familiarity with order management tools in an agency context. Preferred Skills Knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and media buying platforms. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies. Requirements
