Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? The Partnership Program Office (PPO) is responsible for managing Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Commercial Engines’ risk-and-revenue-sharing partners (Partners). The Associate Director, Partnership Programs, will be responsible for managing P&W’s Partner agreements and relationships with one or more partners and will report to the Executive Director, Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience to include prior financial modeling experience, negotiation skills, leading with influence; Or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience as listed above.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of delivering presentation to all levels of leadership within Pratt & Whitney and customer organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating Partner agreements and managing the execution of these.
  • Preparing business models / financial analyses.
  • Negotiating and managing part valuations.
  • Drafting contracts /legal letters.
  • Collaborating with other Pratt & Whitney departments to negotiate and mange other related contracts
  • Managing critical part deliveries and industrialization efforts.
  • Being partner liaison at P&W for any partner related issue
  • Leading the resolution of any disputes that arise between P&W and Partners.
  • Reporting status updates to Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney management.
  • Preparing presentations and coordinating senior executive meetings/calls.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives.
