About The Position

The Associate Director, Measurement Partnerships will serve as one of the key leads for the Measurement discipline within Zeta’s Platform Partnerships & Integrations team. This individual will act as the go-to expert for Zeta’s suite of measurement solutions across verticals and will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Zeta’s Activation business, including Sales, Media Strategy, Client Success, and Product Marketing to advance and further develop Zeta’s measurement capabilities. This role will manage relationships with Zeta’s external measurement partners and collaborate with internal teams on integrations, activation frameworks, closed-loop measurement, documentation, and go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has prior experience working within buy-side platforms. Extensive knowledge of measurement capabilities, tagging/tracking workflows and online/offline data transfer methods is a must. This role is hybrid, based out of our New York City, NY office.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in the martech or advertising industry, with a focus on measurement
  • Experience working with an array of measurement partners
  • Deep understanding of measurement KPIs across a range of solutions (e.g., brand lift, audience quality, attention metrics, CPG sales lift, foot traffic attribution, incremental reach, etc.)
  • Experience with pixels/tags and managing exposure file workflows for performance analysis
  • Ability to build strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders; collaboration is essential
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset; SQL a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Identify, commercialize, and maintain measurement products to enhance Zeta’s media offering
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Zeta’s measurement providers, including a strong understanding of core value propositions and competitive differentiation
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to adopt and develop new measurement solutions
  • Partner with Sales teams to grow adoption of measurement solutions across key verticals (Pharma, CPG, Auto, QSR, Retail) and markets (US, Canada, Europe)
  • Support new client opportunities by ensuring measurement strategies align with business objectives
  • Share best practices, documentation, and POVs with Zeta’s Sales, Ad Ops, Analytics, Product, and other internal teams to streamline implementation
  • Track usage costs for all third-party measurement partners and validate monthly invoices
