Director, Incrementality Measurement We are looking for an experienced Director of Incrementality Measurement to lead our team of Incrementality Data Scientists. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and deep technical expertise to advance our marketing measurement capabilities, with a focus on both short‑ and long‑term incrementality and high‑value customer actions. You will collaborate with external partners to enhance and expand our incrementality measurement frameworks. Additionally, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Marketing organization to ensure our analytics strategy is fully aligned with business objectives and supports overall growth. The successful individual will be able to build and manage a high performing team, solve challenging business problems by using a wide array of data science methods, techniques, and tools. Translate technical insights into actionable business decisions and communicate them in a clear and compelling way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, PhD; Mathematics, Science, Statistics, Economics degree; or equivalent related professional experience is applicable.
  • 10+ years experience in a similar analytical role, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving performance in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong SQL skills; demonstrated experience of using R/PySpark to structure, transform and visualize big data, and a willingness to learn new frameworks and languages required for the task.
  • Display a true passion for data and analytics as well as possessing a strong commercial awareness.
  • Develops and drives significant and sustained change and performance improvement from data driven insights in a number of different areas or contexts.
  • Experience partnering with senior management, including VPs/SVPs and collaborating with other teams (eg. Product, Engineering, Strategy etc) to deliver projects.
  • Experience of developing, and delivering, presentations that help people understand the insight from sophisticated analytics.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists: Provide guidance and support for career growth, skill development, and team cohesion. Ensure that projects are scoped appropriately, timelines are met, and methodologies are sound
  • Establish and enforce data science methodologies, ensuring high standards for data analysis, modeling and reporting
  • Foster an environment where creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to data analysis are encouraged
  • Use creativity and commercial acumen to translate business problems into structured analytical questions, and choose the most appropriate methodologies to answer these questions
  • Own the relationships with our Marketing stakeholders, and align data science initiatives with organizational goals
  • Influence partners and senior leaders through communicating across various levels of the organization using clear and compelling storytelling and presentations
