Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience with effective change management and transformational deployments.
  • Experience with collaboration and influencing others in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and plan.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate engagement benefits to direct financial impact.
  • CORE expert certified or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • CORE Principal Nominated or Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop domain level strategy to mature the CORE operating systems with alignment from all of levels of leadership in an assigned area.
  • Lead the necessary events/activities to deliver value to customers while supporting the creation of self-sufficiency. Examples are but not limited to Goal Alignment, Root Cause Corrective Action, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing / Cell Design, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction.
  • Partner with RTX sub council teams on CORE strategy and execution.
  • Execute the implementation and maturation of the standard production system (SPS) elements across assigned manufacturing domains.
  • Own and achieve desired results of CORE office process maturation.
