Our Portfolio Analytics and Reporting team, Global Portfolio and Project Management (GPPM) is responsible for developing analyses to uncover opportunities and support R&D portfolio decisions across Therapeutic Areas and the Enterprise. What you'll do We are seeking a curious and dynamic individual to join our team. You will be accountable for portfolio analytics with a particular focus on Oncology Therapy Area. This position will support the delivery of analytics, reports, and support for the pipeline strategy. These results will help support achievement of our business objectives and support planning and decision‐making by both project teams and Therapeutic Area (TA) Leadership Teams. In this role you will apply your analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way. You will independently drive for results and bring ideas to action, track key metrics and find solutions to ‘hidden’ problems. In this role your responsibilities will include: Working on various projects that require thorough analysis and finding clear ways to communicate the findings Using structure and methodology to solve complex problems or questions Create reports with compelling visualizations that will support decision making for senior stakeholders, including SET, Oncology LT and TA leadership teams Building and maintaining dataset or models for analysis of portfolio, ensuring data quality Collaboration- with Analytics team, GPPM Leadership team and Therapeutic Area Leadership teams to support business decisions as well as cross functionally Improving processes across the Analytics team. Feedback best practices across the group and work to support improvement of our systems Ensuring all reporting and analysis adheres to high quality and consistency standards. Essential for the role Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or Chemistry, Pharmaceutical sciences, Finance, or Economics Minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) and experience with data visualization and business intelligence Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create concise and compelling presentation, to influence senior management and other stakeholders Desirable for the role PhD in Biological Sciences or Chemistry Minimum of 2 years in top Strategy Consulting companies for the Pharmaceutical industry Office Working Requirements When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $119,664.00 - 179,496.00 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Requirements
