Position Description The Associate Director for Development is responsible for supporting philanthropic giving and alumni cultivation for the Albers School that aligns with Seattle University’s Reigniting Strategic Directions. The Associate Director for Development reports to the Director of Development for the Albers School and works closely with other University Advancement (UA) colleagues and campus partners including Annual Giving, Corporate & Foundation Relations, Gift Planning, other development officers, leaders in specific colleges and schools, and key faculty and staff. Position Summary The Associate Director for Development works closely with the Albers School Director of Development, Dean, and other colleagues to identify, cultivate, and solicit potential and current leadership annual donor gifts up to $25,000 as well as major gifts above $25,000. The Associate Director for Development will oversee the annual giving program, stewardship of donors, strategic alumni events, and donor and alumni communication.
