Reporting to the Senior Director of Principal and Major Gifts, the Associate Director is a member of the School's frontline fundraising team and is responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gifts, including scholarship and campaign gifts. The Associate Director supports the Senior Director and the Vice President of Development in managing the Global Council and Juilliard Council, along with other special initiatives, and participates in donor prospect strategy. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$125,000, commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
