The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT professional to join our team as the Associate Director, Information Sciences (IS) Medical Affairs Solutions. This role will assist with the support, enhancement, and global deployment of key Medical Affairs technology platforms. Deep medical affairs domain knowledge is critical, especially in medical information, as this role will facilitate the necessary system enhancements for global support and provide coordination between vendor provided software and RevMed’s Data and Omnichannel teams as well as field medical. This role also plays a key role in maintaining platform health, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Medical Affairs Operations. This position reports to the Director, IS Medical Affairs Solutions within the Information Sciences department providing critical support to the various Medical Excellence departments and operations, to ensure appropriate integrations, shared standards, and a consistent user experience. You will serve as a strategic partner in managing the expanded vendor footprint, web-based capabilities, and contributing to a scalable architecture, consistent governance, global regulatory compliance and sustainable support model across regions and vendors. Technical ownership of Medical Information and Funding management solution to include support, enhancement, and global deployment. Vendor Management and Coordination. Understand data generation and structures from medical systems to provide key support for Data and Omnichannel initiatives. Partner with Medical Affairs Operations and cross-functional IS teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver new capabilities that align with evolving business requirements. Provide operational insights and guidance around the administration, architecture and design, and deployment of enhancements and releases to ensure IT solutions meet business needs, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing systems for efficiency and performance.
