The following position is to join RTX Corporate: RTX Corporate has an exciting Associate Director, HR Partner role. This dynamic and fast-paced role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives across multiple locations. The position provides leadership on various Human Resources initiatives surrounding employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, compensation, and employee relations. In this role, you will operate independently and in partnership with leadership teams to drive consistency, integration, and communication. This position will also work on key organizational priorities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate discipline and 12 years of experience in an HR role, specifically Business Partner or Generalist or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving HR fundamentals and workforce planning.
  • Prior experience leading transformation initiatives and anticipating level 2 and level 3 implications to drive the right outcomes.
  • Prior experience supporting a multi-national, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders in a complex matrixed environment supporting both domestic and international employees to advance organizational objectives and transformation, including oneRTX initiatives.
  • Engage with Enterprise HR Partners, HR Communities of Expertise (COEs), and People Services to advance people and talent strategies (organizational health, workforce planning, skill & leadership development, culture, retention) for the business you support.
  • Lead and execute foundational HR processes: performance development, talent acquisition and management, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation.
  • Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the HR team.
  • Develop and lead HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations.
  • Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, domestic and possibly international.
