The Associate Director, HR Ops/Payroll - M&A is responsible for conducting due diligence, coordinating, and managing the integration of acquisitions for Payroll purposes. This position will ensure that all payroll and systems tasks for each due diligence and integration are followed, stay on task, and are completed timely. The role involves interaction with the Payroll Director - M&A, Payroll Tax, Payroll Systems, Payroll Operations, Human Capital Technology, newly integrating entities, vendors, and third parties. This position will coordinate all of these invested departments and outside parties to collaborate with an end goal of mitigating risk during due diligence and having successful integrations. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., with a specific requirement for hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
