Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average. The Associate Director, Global Offices & Workplace Experience will assist in strategic planning and operational execution for global workplace environments. This role is responsible for assisting with office and facility operations, workplace strategy, capital projects, and environmental health and safety (EH&S) programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking approach to workplace experience, integrating culture, technology, and sustainability into physical spaces while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
