We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Marketing Management, to join our Global Microbiology Platform within Diagnostic Solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Management, this role will be responsible for leading the global blood culture portfolio, including instrumentation, consumables and informatics. While also collaborating with Service & automation marketing to ensure the full value of our Blood Culture offering is presented to customers as part of the Go-to-Market strategy. The role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and regions, to deliver and execute marketing management strategies and tactics, build brand leadership and deliver profitable growth. The successful candidate will own the global marketing strategy, collaborating with regional teams to deliver maximum impact through development and delivery of all outbound marketing activities to drive demand and product adoption, with the customer top of mind, to ensure business growth, development of the brand recognition and leadership position growth.
