Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Purpose: The Associate Director, Global Commercial Insights and Analytics, Immunology will support and report to the Director of Global Commercial Insights and Analytics. Primary responsibilities include conducting primary and secondary market research & developing patient-based demand forecasts leveraging secondary data sources, market research insights, real world evidence platforms and competitive intelligence to inform strategic commercial decisions in support of Immunology product development. Individuals who will thrive in this role are motivated by working with a close-knit team of experienced industry leaders who are deeply motivated to create profound change for patients and advocate for stakeholders. Associate Directors will have a deep understanding of the patient journey and an ability to represent it across teams. Responsibilities include primary and secondary market research, forecasting and analytics for early pipeline compounds through late stage/marketed products and involve close collaboration with: Commercial Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Competitive Intelligence, R&D, Finance, Business Development, Data Science and Regional Insights and Analytics colleagues. Critical capabilities include the ability to think strategically and lead through complexity to develop insight-based recommendations that include an understanding of global market dynamics.
