The Global Cyber Research Institute (GCRI) at Texas A&M has an opening for an Associate Director for Entrepreneurship. The purpose of the role is to execute and direct GCRI’s cyber-industry engagement and research programs. A primary initial focus will be to operationalize a planned consortium focused on standards and regulations for Information Technology (IT) Service Providers. Additionally, the selected candidate is expected to support student- and faculty- led entrepreneurship opportunities, guide technology innovation and transition in the cyber domain, and help develop industry-supported research initiatives. The role represents a unique opportunity to impact the cyber industry at large, through the engagement of Texas A&M’s faculty and students with industry practitioners.
