Your Role: The Field Enablement and Training Associate Director will be accountable for developing the product training and execution plan needed to support commercial field teams to thrive in a fast-evolving US healthcare ecosystem. This includes training for sales, market access, patient services, and regional marketing liaison teams across three brands and commercial leadership development. The Associate Director will collaborate across all HQ teams to ensure all training remains relevant and focused on supporting the achievement of business objectives. Location Classification – Remote : Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs. #LI-Remote
