About The Position

The Strategy & Integration Lead for Environmental Effects Engineering (EEE) is the strategic integrator, operational coordinator, and senior advisor to the EEE Leader, responsible for driving cohesion and performance across an enterprise-wide network of engineering test laboratories. As EEE expands to incorporate more environmental (EMI/EMC, TEMPEST, Dynamics, Climatics, Nuclear effects) and related test labs across Collins Aerospace, the Strategy & Integration Lead ensures unified operations, shared standards, and harmonized execution across a significantly broader organizational footprint. The Strategy & Integration Lead ensures operational excellence, drives strategic initiatives, and builds the enterprise muscle needed for process harmonization, technology investment planning, workforce alignment, and capability integration across a growing number of lab sites.
