We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Health Services (EHS) team in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Position Overview This position is responsible for the implementation and delivery of employer‑based health and wellbeing services under the collaboration and direction of Employee Health Services physician leadership. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers direct patient care to employees for on‑site emergencies, work‑related injuries and illnesses, episodic personal care, medical health surveillance examinations, preventive examinations, and chronic disease management. This role is primarily located at the Lilly Kenosha site but there may be a rare opportunity to support other Lilly‑supported clinics or services as business needs dictate. The role may also support primary care service delivery, depending on site needs and program evolution. Job responsibilities may vary and adapt over time to meet the needs of the business unit. The APP is expected to provide excellent customer service to employees and internal business partners while supporting a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. Hours Full‑time (40 hours/week), worked as part of a schedule that meets the needs of the business. This role includes occasional telephonic on‑call support for evening and weekend medical operations. Call requirements may vary based on site and operational needs.
