The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: This role is a cornerstone of our platform engineering strategy. You will: Ensure the stability and scalability of our infrastructure. Enable faster, safer delivery for application teams. Lead critical remediation and compliance efforts. Shape the future of our DevOps and cloud engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or delivery roles.
  • Deep expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
  • Experience with vulnerability management and cloud governance tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record to lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure delivery and implementation across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive automation and standardization using tools like Jenkins, Chef, and Ansible.
  • Remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support application teams with provisioning, configuration, and deployment of platforms (e.g., Tomcat, WebSphere, AWS).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational perfection.
