The Associate Director, Creative Media serves the football program in the area of creative services producing video and marketing communication materials that consistently identify, drive and communicate information about players and the team on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to web, social media and internal team distribution. Determines creative direction, plans, estimates and timetables for projects. Assists in production of creative and innovative content for incoming recruits. Collaborates with coaching staff to produce internal highlight and motivational content. Collaborates to train video production students. Assists in game day video operations, including but not limited to setup and teardown of audio/visual equipment at team hotel and locker room. Present on field and in locker room on game days. Works nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours. Required to work quickly, efficiently, and with adaptability under strict deadlines. Responsible for projects from start to finish. Serves as a liaison for the football program and with other areas of the department and the University. Ensures compliance with NCAA, Big Ten and University policies and procedures. Performs other related administrative duties as they relate to daily football operations.
