TUSHY is looking for an experienced creative to lead a small but mighty team of designers and help shape the company’s brand vision, visual identity, and customer experience across web, campaign, and product. You thrive in a creative and customer-obsessed workplace and bring an exceptional eye for visual storytelling, concept development, and UX-focused design. You’re as excited by refining a product page as you are crafting a viral ad campaign—and you’re ready to elevate and evolve a beloved cult brand as we scale. This is a highly hands-on role at a pivotal moment for the brand. You’ll often be building the plane while flying it by balancing long-term creative strategy with fast, scrappy execution. If you’re energized by ambiguity, limited budgets, and the challenge of bringing cross-functional partners together around a clear creative point of view, you’ll thrive here. You’re comfortable planning and directing shoots without a large production safety net, designing systems while they’re still taking shape, and making thoughtful tradeoffs to keep work moving forward, without waiting for everything to be perfect. You’ll be a key creative thought partner to our Chief Creative Officer and Brand Marketing lead, ensuring all creative work ladders up to our business goals and brand strategy. This position is currently hybrid, with the expectation to be present at least 3 days a week in our Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) office.
