Please review the job details below and then click “apply.” We're looking for someone to join our team as an Associate Director- Compliance & Risk Management who: The Associate Director of Compliance & Risk Management provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational direction for the organization’s risk management and compliance programs. This role supports the Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer and the executive leadership team in developing, implementing, and evaluating systems that promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, loss prevention, and organizational integrity. The Director ensures that risk and compliance functions operate cohesively, proactively identifies vulnerabilities, and drives initiatives that strengthen the organization’s culture of safety, accountability, and ethical conduct.
