Requirements

  • 8+ years in account farming, client relationship management, consulting, or business development, with experience managing and growing strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, financial management, and commercial accountability for client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and advise CXO-level stakeholders on business and transformation topics.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation trends, including AI/GenAI, cloud-native platforms, data, and automation, with the ability to frame them in a business context.
  • Hands-on experience driving productivity, efficiency, optimization, or transformation programs for enterprise clients.
  • Skilled in account segmentation, opportunity identification, and proactive growth planning.
  • Comfortable with regular onsite client engagement (minimum 2-3 times per week).
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution

Responsibilities

  • Account Growth & Farming Own and grow strategic client accounts within an assigned portfolio.
  • Identify, shape, and convert new revenue opportunities within existing customer relationships.
  • Drive sustained account expansion through proactive value-led engagement.
  • CXO Engagement & Trusted Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to CXO and senior leadership, leading strategic conversations that connect business outcomes with technology investments.
  • Elevate discussions beyond delivery to long-term transformation, operating model improvement, and value realization.
  • Value Creation & Transformation Lead value-driven conversations around productivity improvement, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business agility.
  • Position digital, cloud, data, and AI/GenAI-led solutions as enablers of measurable business outcomes.
  • Customer Intimacy Maintain deep understanding of the client’s business priorities, challenges, competitive landscape, and transformation roadmap.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose relevant, differentiated solutions.
  • Opportunity Shaping & Deal Leadership Collaborate closely with delivery, solution, and practice teams to shape opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and drive winning proposals.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, proposed outcomes, and execution feasibility.
  • AI & Innovation Advocacy Confidently articulate the role of AI and GenAI in transforming business processes, decision-making, and operating models.
  • Translate emerging technology trends into practical, business-relevant use cases.
  • Client Presence Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the client location (2-3 times per week) to build strong relationships and remain closely connected to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Internal Leadership Partner with internal sales, practice, and delivery leadership to ensure client satisfaction, account health, and successful execution.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for client growth and relationship management.
