About The Position

Associate Director, Campaign Development Lead (CDL) Commercial Excellence & Innovation US Oncology Business Unit This individual will lead the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of the US Healthcare Professional (HCP) campaigns and programs that support the strategic imperatives for our Oncology products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities

  • Owning the content strategy & campaigns to ensure all tactics achieve desired customer experience
  • Leading the development of content for the field resources (iPad & field emails)
  • Leading the development of content for digital promotional assets, such as emails, display units, banner ads, alerts, web content, video, media/paid search content optimization & social media
  • Embedding & optimizing all applicable OMM capabilities
  • Leading & driving CAT actives that enable optimal Ways of Working and ensure capacity utilization will be maximized
  • Understand the agile methodology to ensure a high functioning CAT team
  • Owing jobs/work that will go through the Collaborative Review Team process
  • Contributing to the development of the brand building tools (L3)
  • Shaping the key strategic communication objective choices for assigned tumor(s)
  • Working collaboratively with multiple internal teams
  • Managing the day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors
  • Managing applicable budgets
  • Evaluating the revalidation of digital assets
  • Implementing Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets and ensuring compliance with Subpart E regulations, when applicable
  • Partnering with the US marketing team in the annual Integrated Profit Plan (IPP) process
  • Conducting all activities in full compliance with our policies, values and standards
