About The Position

As we grow our point-of-sale powersport lending business. This sales leader will help grow our presence in Powersport lending area by signing national lending agreements with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) In the Role Target partnerships across our diverse verticals, including Powersports, RV/Marine, and Other (e.g., golf carts and utility trailers). Prospect 500+ OEMs Prioritize enrollment activities based on their volume potential, focusing on National or Regional OEMs, large dealer groups (with 3+ dealers with one owner), and individual dealers within your assigned territory. Lead profitability negation of contract and financial terms. Excel in building relationships, prospecting new clients, and driving business by promoting OneMain's products and services to potential dealer partners. Implement successful strategies; to ensure all dealers are participating in our product offering Expand our market presence, manage a territory encompassing approximately four to five states and around 4,000+ dealers, and generate new partnerships through in-store visits, trade shows, workshops, and dealer events Engage our partners through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone campaigns, emails, and any other means to boost dealership and territory performance. Travel required; to expand our market presence, and generate new partnerships through OEM visits, in-store visits, trade shows, workshops, dealer events, Effectively communicate our partners' successes and opportunities, covering the overall origination experience, loan performance, lien perfection rates, and any outstanding receivables owed by manufacturers or dealers. Schedule routine weekly, monthly, and quarterly visits with dealer networks to communicate progress and maintain strong relationships. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including competitors' products

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience partnering with OEMs, including across multiple verticals
  • Have established relationships with OEMs and/or large dealer groups, for 10+ years in the powersports industry.
  • Proven track record, of negotiation internally and externally, to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent proven communication skills with internal partners including finance, analytics, and similar peer groups.
  • Passion for powersports industry.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and possess outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be available during standard business hours and available to travel to occasional off-hours.
  • Travel required
