About The Position

Location: Hybrid role to the HelloFresh NYC Headquarters Factor is searching for an Associate Director of Brand Marketing to take the brand to the next level with ground-breaking full-funnel strategies. This person will work to shape brand strategy, and brand partnerships, organic social & content, PR, and creative. This role will ensure efforts are aligned across the broader organization and work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Growth and Product Marketing. The ideal candidate has increased awareness and consideration for a consumer brand, led successful, large-scale brand partnerships and multi-million dollar 360 marketing campaigns, and is familiar with growth marketing tactics across online and offline channels. This role reports into the head of Brand Marketing for Factor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years brand marketing experience, primarily with brands in the consumer packaged goods or direct-to-consumer industries
  • 2+ years brand partnership experience
  • Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong consumer orientation, knowledge of customer segmentation, insights development and targeting
  • Full-funnel, multi-channel marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in both organic and paid channel strategies
  • Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
  • Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior leadership
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Help drive the brand vision and day-to-day decision making for Factor
  • Develop strategies to strengthen brand metrics by shaping and evaluating creative campaigns and media plans
  • Oversee the sourcing and implementation of brand partnerships
  • Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices
  • Help identify new, disruptive content avenues, working with PR and Organic Social to execute and Brand Analytics to measure the impact
  • Build strong relationships with Growth Marketing channel leads ( Social, Digital, Search, CRM, Direct Mail etc.) and work together on tentpole campaigns throughout the year
  • Partner with digital and physical product teams on a twelve-month strategy to position and promote new product offerings
  • Act as key guardian and arbiter of brand to ensure creative campaigns and execution are unique, ownable and uphold premium brand equity
