University of Utah Health is seeking an Associate Director for AI Integration and Value. The Associate Director, AI Integration & Value is a newly developed role that provides strategic and operational leadership for the integration, governance, and value realization of artificial intelligence (AI) across University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics. Reporting to the Senior Director of AI Strategy and Enablement, this role is responsible for translating AI strategy into practice, ensuring responsible and risk-managed adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes. The Associate Director leads a multidisciplinary team and collaborates across clinical, operational, and technical domains to drive high-impact, repeatable results in alignment with institutional priorities. This position does not provide direct patient care. Qualified candidates must have completed: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Six years of progressively responsible management experience in healthcare, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-related fields.
