As a member of the Washington Sales Team, our Associate Director Account Management leads a sales team focused on serving our employer customers, analyzing market data and developing strategies to grow our existing customers, while coaching staff on renewals, account management, and solution selling to retain and expand enrollment. The position requires building strong internal and external relationships, representing the company in the community, and driving account strategy with effective execution and market presence across the team, creating a person-focused health care experience. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: The Associate Director Renewals would have a bachelor's degree in business administration and 7 years of experience in group or individual sales and 5 years' experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 60 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted. Skills and Attributes: Communicate strategic direction, set team goals, and hold staff accountable for execution and continuous improvement Apply creative problem-solving capabilities to business challenges Build effective relationships with diverse individuals and groups for adding new coverage lines and servicing existing accounts Analyze costs and benefits of solutions that support business strategies and objectives Deploy comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, sales process design, coverage models, and performance management programs Create and deliver clear, concise presentations and deliverables to both customers and producers. Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making highly desired What You Will Do at Cambia: Analyze industry, technical, and economic data to increase market share and prepare strategic recommendations for senior management Lead and coach sales staff on renewals and account management to retain and grow enrollment while ensuring proper resource allocation Demonstrate understanding of all markets, comply with price and sales budgets, and maintain working knowledge of Regence systems and Salesforce Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening, reasoning, and team collaboration abilities Build and maintain strong external relationships while coaching the team and holding them accountable to do the same Stay current on marketplace developments to identify trends and solutions, serving as a role model for solution selling behaviors Represent the company in the community at professional meetings and may serve on external Boards Drive account strategy with strong execution, market-facing messaging, and ability to deliver tough messages effectively As a member of our strong leadership community, you will provide direction to your team, engage them towards common goals and create a positive experience that helps people flourish. The expected base hiring range for the Associate Director Account Management is $136,000 - $150,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. This role has a robust incentive plan based on individual and organizational goal achievement.
