Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking an Associate Director, Account Executives to lead the Account Executive Team. As the Associate Director, you will define the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. This role requires a solid understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in either broker/agency relationship or sales leadership
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • General understanding of economic, financial, and operational concepts
  • Prior management experience in a sales environment
  • Prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 15 highly specialized professional associates
  • Develop key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies
  • Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio
  • Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans
