This position is responsible for assisting the Healthcare Insurance Strategic Account Executive and requires the individual to demonstrate superior healthcare insurance customer relations, training, and product knowledge skills. The individual would be responsible maintaining revenue of our existing large healthcare plan clients and driving new client revenue growth by identifying, selling, and supporting language solutions to organizations within a defined base of prospective and current customers. The AAE would also coordinate and be onsite for customer meetings, to conduct training and implement solutions. The Executive-Product suite includes telephone interpretation, video interpretation, language proficiency testing, translation, and localization, and onsite as well as emerging solutions.
