Starr Tours is seeking an Associate Director of Maintenance to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of our motorcoach fleet. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical oversight, parts and inventory ownership, workflow discipline, and outside service coordination. The Associate Director works closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure fleet readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for outside service customers and plays a key role in maintaining profitability and service quality. This role is designed as a development opportunity for future maintenance leadership. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, systems-oriented, hungry to grow, and humble enough to learn. Hands-on wrench-turning is expected to comprise approximately 20–40% of the role, depending on operational needs.
