Our organization American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses with products and services to help them run and grow their business. Within GCS, the GCS and Enterprise Solutions team leads product development on a portfolio of products including consumer and commercial banking, commercial card, marketing capabilities, partner integrations, and the virtual payments platform. We’re looking for a Digital Product Associate to join our Banking Center of Excellence Regulatory Technology (Reg Tech) team — a high-impact team shaping the future of how banking operates at scale. About the Role In this role, you will support the development, delivery, and ongoing management of Banking COE – Reg Tech's capabilities. You’ll also help automate fraud risk reporting, streamline reconciliation, and launch other game-changing capabilities that directly support the Bank’s continued growth. This is your chance to work at the intersection of product, data, technology, and risk management — where every capability you launch will strengthen our regulatory foundation and unlock new opportunities. To boot, you will work in a fun, collaborative team of other product developers dedicated to Banking. How will you make an impact in this role? Demonstrate a high degree of accountability for every capability that you manage and bring many cross-functional partners along with you in the development process.
