American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses with products and services to help them run and grow their business. Within GCS, the GCS and Enterprise Solutions team leads product development on a portfolio of products including consumer and commercial banking, commercial card, marketing capabilities, partner integrations, and the virtual payments platform. The team also leads product design and research across GCS as well as business development initiatives. How will you make an impact in this role? This role will lead product strategy and execution for American Express’s Consumer and Commercial Banking Account Management experiences. The Associate Digital Product Manager will define product features, shape end-to-end customer experiences, translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, lead customer testing, and continuously evolve the product backlog. This individual will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Own and evolve the digital product roadmap, defining features, scope, and backlog priorities
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and user research to develop user stories, design experiences, and conduct user testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch new products and features, and manage in-market performance post-launch
  • Leverage data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future releases
  • Serve as the primary product liaison with partners, merchants, and vendors
  • Monitor external trends and market dynamics to inform ongoing product innovation
