About The Position

The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for measuring and analyzing multiple data streams as part of an ambitious program to grow and engage a national base of pro-Israel advocates.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a data analyst.
Experience using data mining tools like Business Objects or SAS and Salesforce.
Proficient in multiple reporting tools Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Excellent communication, written and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Proven track record in delivering analytical reporting/solutions which have impacted institutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop new complex reports and dashboards using various BI tools currently available at AIPAC.
Identify, recommend, and develop reports and data fields that would advance AIPAC’s digital objectives.
Ability to understand internal business rules and document requirements.
Ability to inform staff on using developed reports.
Identify and adopt AI-powered tools to assist with data cleaning, exploration, and basic analysis.
Translate AI-assisted analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Development/maintenance of upload processes from Excel files to the existing database.
Collaborate with others to provide operational analysis to the business.
Creating one-off reports with any of the dozens of variables saved in the AIPAC data lake.
Working directly with AIPAC’s internal tech teams as well as outside vendors.
Developing a weekly report with stats to be shared with key stakeholders.
