About the Role: The Associate Development Officer, Regional Giving is a frontline fundraiser and a vital member of Scripps College’s advancement team. Reporting to the Director of Development and Major Gifts, you will be responsible for securing philanthropic support from alumnae, parents, and friends of the College through the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects. You will manage a portfolio of 75–100 donors and prospects capable of making gifts of $25,000 or more and play a critical role in advancing the College’s strategic fundraising priorities, including capital projects, endowed scholarships, and current-use support.
