Job Description: The Associate Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for all IT support desk resolutions and troubleshooting. Our Associate Desktop Support Technician role will work as part of the Global IT Support Team to deliver high quality technical support to users of Hydrafacial IT resources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years or above relevant working experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, MacOS (desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure & Entra ID
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Exposure to collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow documented processes.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level day-to-day IT support to local and regional users.
  • Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online), basic networking, and other IT systems.
  • Support Global IT with the rollout and implementation of infrastructure projects in the region.
  • Log and update helpdesk tickets with clear progress notes following company procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Assist with installations, configurations, and setup of laptops, workstations, and mobile devices.
  • Document basic procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Provide support for user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment preparation
  • Help maintain IT inventory, supplies, and hardware replacements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
