Support in the design of seasonal athleisure collections from concept to final sample. Conduct trend research and help create mood boards and design inspiration aligned with brand direction. Support in sketching designs (by hand or using CAD software), tech packs, and line sheets. Support Sr. Designer in fabric and trim research that are suitable for performance and lifestyle wear. Create the Raw Material Tracker. Manage the seasonal linesheets. Work with teams including Product Development, Merchandising, and Production to ensure execution of styles. Help fit samples, participate in fittings, and provide feedback on design adjustments. Maintain design archives, sample libraries, and digital assets. Stay informed about fashion trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors relevant to athleisure. About You Bachelor's degree in Design in or a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a design environment. Create detailed technical garment sketches. Excellent working knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities. Expert knowledge and including Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems; CLO 3D or similar 3D design software. Knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction, and fit for performance and movement. Sketch and visualization skills with the ability to present concepts.
