We are looking for an Associate legwear designer to join our team who has a passion for Legwear, hosiery, and socks. Requirements

1-3 years of industry experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent time management skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Development mindset, wanting to grow and learn
Ability to be agile while working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in illustrator
Impeccable work ethic
Positive team player

Responsibilities

Design ownership over selected licensed brands and assigned to you based on your aesthetic and creative strengths, responsible for CADing full seasonal collections.
CAD work for various private label accounts, typically fun prints with understanding of brand DNA.
Strong eye for trend and valuable market research.
Work closely with design director and senior designers with creative freedom throughout process
Minimal communication with China, but important to know how they operate, problem solve when technical or timing setbacks arise
Work closely with product development team so they properly develop your design the way you envision
Primarily design in Illustrator with minimal retouching in Photoshop
