The Associate Designer, Digital + Social will focus on digital advertising, such as social media, web banners, and videos and will ensure all creative concepts passed from the Design team are executed across multiple digital marketing channels and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate files for development and release. A day in the life as an Associate Designer, Digital & Social... Execute creative projects for the digital channel which includes social media and web banners Collaborate with design leads and external teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at standards that uphold/elevate the company's brand identity Build cross-functional relationships and interact daily with multiple internal teams on creative initiatives Approach design projects from a user-centered perspective and manage projects while working within schedule requirements and quick turn-arounds Assist in edits and production to ensure high quality creative from the start of a project to finish Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures, techniques and tools to optimize efficiency What you'll bring to the table… Strong visual design skills with an ability to execute under the direction of other designers Experience working with 3rd parties when executing web banners (Google, Spark, etc.) Strong organizational, time management and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlines Ability to work in a highly collaborative cross-functional team environment and partner with business stakeholders and other designers Demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness Ability to problem-solve creatively
